- Assist in property valuations, data analysis, and reporting to support the agency’s core functions.
- Work closely with experienced valuers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and assist in preparing valuation reports.
- Participate in research projects, including collecting and interpreting property data, assessing market trends, and contributing to policy analysis.
- Support the development of technology tools and systems for improved valuation and data processing.

- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Geography, Economics, Mathematics, Law, Business, or Real Estate) or expected to graduate by Summer 2025.
- A strong academic record with a passion for property valuation, data analysis, or public service.
- A keen interest in pursuing a career in the public sector, valuation, or real estate.
- Previous experience in a similar field or role is beneficial but not essential.
- Exposure to property markets, valuation, or data analysis through coursework, internships, or projects will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, with an interest in learning from professionals in the field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
