Responsibilities
As a part of our programme, you’ll:
- Collaborate on projects across departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Retail, or Pharmacy.
- Assist in analysing data, solving problems, and presenting recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to build your understanding of retail and pharmacy environments.
- Develop solutions to real-world challenges, contributing ideas that shape our future strategies.
- Gain exposure to customer insights, business planning, and market trends.
- Support day-to-day operations and take ownership of specific tasks to develop your leadership and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of a 2:1 predicted or achieved degree classification is preferred.
Experience
- Previous internship, work placement, or part-time work experience in retail, pharmacy, or a similar field is advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or voluntary projects is highly valued.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
