The FMC Internship Development Program 2025 offers university students an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global, innovation-driven company. Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist in various departmental projects related to product development, marketing, supply chain, finance, sustainability, and more.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, data analysis, and competitor assessments to support business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to develop innovative solutions.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to communicate findings, progress, and results of projects.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering, Agribusiness, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Environmental Science.
  • Must be graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Ability to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) during the internship period.
  • Strong academic record with a focus on relevant courses and projects.
Experience
  • No prior professional experience is required, though internships or academic projects related to the chemical, agricultural, or business industries are a plus.
  • Prior leadership experience in extracurricular activities, clubs, or student organizations is highly valued.
Skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and suggest solutions to complex challenges.
