The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Summer Internship Programme in Financial Services for 2025. Responsibilities

As an FCA summer intern in Financial Services, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Regulatory Projects: Participate in projects related to financial services regulation, compliance, and risk assessment.
  • Conducting Market Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on financial markets, products, and trends to support regulatory decisions.
  • Reviewing Compliance and Reporting: Collaborate with teams to review and assess the compliance of firms within regulated sectors, helping to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Current Enrollment: Must be a student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in a relevant field.
  • Relevant Field of Study: Majoring in finance, economics, law, business, public policy, or a related area.
  • Academic Excellence: A strong academic record is preferred, though all candidates with demonstrated interest in financial services will be considered.
Experience
  • Relevant Coursework or Projects: Completion of courses or projects in finance, economics, policy analysis, or data analysis.
  • Previous Internship or Work Experience: Previous experience in finance, consulting, or regulatory environments is a plus but not required.
