- Assist in day-to-day operations within various departments including but not limited to engineering, customer service, operations, and administration.

- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use and presentations to management.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to safety standards while working in the field or office.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or similar fields).
- Must have completed at least 30 credit hours of coursework by the start of the internship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
