Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects within your assigned department (e.g., underwriting, claims, customer service, sales, finance, marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to company-wide initiatives and objectives.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Engage in training sessions designed to build industry knowledge and technical skills.
- Participate in company meetings, networking events, and team-building activities.
- Provide input and ideas for process improvements and innovation within the department.
- Assist in client-facing activities or internal operations depending on the department's focus.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate (or graduating by May 2025) with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or related disciplines.
- Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance, finance, or the financial services industry.
Experience
- Previous internship or volunteer experience is preferred but not required.
- Exposure to customer service, data analysis, or business operations is an advantage.
- Experience in leadership roles, student organizations, or extracurricular activities will be considered.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
