- Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance, finance, or the financial services industry.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience is preferred but not required.
- Exposure to customer service, data analysis, or business operations is an advantage.
- Experience in leadership roles, student organizations, or extracurricular activities will be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
