The Alliant Energy Summer Internship in Management Programs is designed to provide students with an immersive and comprehensive experience in the energy industry. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects related to business operations, strategy, finance, marketing, and customer relations.
  • Assist in the development and analysis of key performance metrics and reports.

Qualifications
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
  • Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher).
  • Demonstrated interest in the energy industry and business management.
Experience
  • Previous internship experience or involvement in relevant academic projects is a plus.
  • Leadership roles in student organizations, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities are highly valued.
  • Experience with data analysis, project management, and/or business strategy is beneficial.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
