The Alliant Energy Summer Internship in Management Programs is designed to provide students with an immersive and comprehensive experience in the energy industry. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects related to business operations, strategy, finance, marketing, and customer relations.
- Assist in the development and analysis of key performance metrics and reports.

- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher).
- Demonstrated interest in the energy industry and business management.
- Previous internship experience or involvement in relevant academic projects is a plus.
- Leadership roles in student organizations, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities are highly valued.
- Experience with data analysis, project management, and/or business strategy is beneficial.
