Description
The Ascension Summer Internship Program 2025 is designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students with an opportunity to gain valuable healthcare industry experience and contribute to Ascension’s mission of providing compassionate, personalized care to all. Responsibilities
- Project Assistance: Contribute to a variety of healthcare-related projects, from data analysis to process improvement, supporting both clinical and administrative teams.
- Research Support: Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic initiatives in patient care, operational efficiency, and healthcare technology.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with multiple departments such as IT, finance, human resources, and clinical services, learning about the diverse functions within a healthcare organization.
- Problem-Solving: Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify solutions for healthcare challenges, particularly around patient experience and service delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for project updates and meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (preferably in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Nursing, or a related field).

Experience
