- Currently enrolled in a degree programme or a recent graduate in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
- A strong academic record and a genuine interest in the retail industry, design, and sustainability practices.
- Previous internships, part-time roles, or volunteer work in retail, customer service, logistics, or business operations is advantageous but not required.
- Any experience working with teams, customer-facing roles, or project-based work is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to group projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
