- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Industry Expertise: Must have a strong background in the field related to the internship offered (e.g., business, healthcare, technology, arts, engineering, etc.).
- Work Environment: Ability to offer a professional and supportive work environment conducive to learning and development.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the relevant industry or business sector.
- Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in mentoring or managing staff, ideally with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities for student interns.
- Experience with Internship Programs: Previous involvement in hosting or managing internship programs is a plus but not required.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide and motivate students.
