Responsibilities
- Assist with analysis and reporting for projects related to mortgage finance, technology, or risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and improve processes.
- Conduct research, gather data, and create presentations or reports to support business objectives.
- Participate in meetings and contribute insights based on research and analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the company's goals related to affordable housing, technology, and financial services.
- Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to various business functions.
- Assist with general administrative duties, project tracking, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
- Anticipated graduation date in 2025 or 2026.
- Strong academic background with a focus on business, finance, economics, technology, or related fields.
- A demonstrated interest in the housing finance industry and affordable housing solutions.
Experience
- Previous internship or work experience in finance, technology, business analysis, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership roles, or projects related to finance, real estate, or technology is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of financial modeling or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Interest in learning about the housing finance industry and related financial systems.
