- Internship Placements:
- Support day-to-day operations across various departments, including customer service, retail, marketing, and more.

- Provide administrative and operational support where needed.
- Apprenticeships:
- Work closely with experienced professionals to learn the essential skills of optical practice, customer care, and business management.
- Undertake specific tasks and projects to gain hands-on experience in optics, retail, and operations.
- Complete formal training as part of the apprenticeship program, leading to a recognized qualification.
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality customer care and clinic services.
- Gain exposure to the technical and business aspects of the optical industry.
- Currently studying or a recent graduate (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business, Retail Management, Optometry, Marketing, or Healthcare.
- For Apprenticeships: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- A passion for customer service and a keen interest in the optical sector is highly desirable.
- Previous internship or part-time work experience in a retail or customer service environment is an advantage.
- No prior experience in optics or healthcare is required; however, an eagerness to learn and adapt is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
