Responsibilities
As a graduate intern at TCF Bank, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support key banking projects and assist teams with tasks across multiple business units, including retail banking, commercial banking, and financial operations.
- Conduct financial analyses, prepare reports, and evaluate financial performance indicators to support business decision-making.
- Participate in market research to identify emerging banking trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Demonstrated interest in banking, finance, or a related field.
Experience
- Previous internship or relevant experience in finance, banking, consulting, or data analytics is advantageous.
- Coursework or projects involving financial analysis, market research, or strategic planning are beneficial.
Skills
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial analysis tools or software such as SQL, Python, or financial modeling software is a plus.
